I had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location was the best - right across from the main train station exit and very close to all public transport options. This made it so convenient for exploring the center of this city and getting to other parts of it. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff were very nice and professional, and the breakfast provided was delicious.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel had great location, being right next to the train station. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and also to catch our train to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they spoke English , made communication easy. The rooms werenice and neat, providing a pleasant stay. We were also impressed with the variety of food offered during breakfast.
One downside was that the hotel was located near an alley, which resulted in some noise disturbance during the night. We had a bit of trouble sleeping due to the noise from drunk people and the early morning sound of recycling trucks.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right across from the train station which was awesome. It is also near a shopping area, making it convenient for guests. The rooms are comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is nice.
The noise level in the hotel is quite high, with thin walls that allow noise from neighboring rooms to be heard.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, directly across the street from the main train station of Hamburg. This makes it extremely convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. Additionally, the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The rooms are well-equipped with all the basic amenities, including a big bathroom, and are comfortable for a few nights' stay. The breakfast, although not included, is excellent and offers a variety of delicious options. Moreover, the hotel is pet-friendly, providing adequate space for our small dog.
Some minor improvements could be made in terms of noise insulation.
